UltraSupport Services (USS) are a division of Ultratec Group primarily focussed on the provision of Third Party Maintenance for server, storage and networking systems that have gone beyond the initial warranty period with the vendor. USS are 100% Channel Only and do not have any contracts directly with end users.

HPE, Dell EMC, SUN Oracle, HDS, NetApp, Fujitsu, IBM, Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Extreme Nortel.
Parts & Logistics.
Ultratec Group have a 27,000sq/ft logistics and parts testing facility in Stevenage, as well as forward stocking locations nationwide. Ultratec have circa 250,000+ spare parts in stock at any one time.
Field Engineering Coverage & Service Levels
USS employ in-house field engineers to provide nationwide coverage and offer flexible SLA’s including 4 hour fixes in the vast majority of UK locations (excluding highlands and islands).
USS recognise the high levels of service that channel partners require and we target a service level attainment of 97.5% which is significantly above the TPM industry average.
24x7 UK Service Desk
USS operate a 24x7 UK based service-desk for the logging of incidents. All service calls are handled by an experienced engineer who will diagnose and then resolve remotely or arrange for a part and engineer to attend site within the agreed SLA.
USS offer a range of professional services which range from storage, server and network consultancy through to nationwide deployments for the retail sector and pre-staging work at our technical facilities in Stevenage.
