It’s always great to have fantastic feedback from customers, after our Ultrasupport engineer has completed the call… “Just to say your engineer has connected remotely and after much investigation (and explanations of what he was doing and why-he’s very knowledgeable) he has resolved the issue with the alarm and the failed disk in the system.

A rebuild of the replaced drive is now underway, so we will check that in the morning and confirm all has completed successfully (but it all looks fine and we have access etc.). I don’t know if you have a plaudit scheme in effect for your staff but if you do I highly recommend he be acknowledged under that, or at the very least given a big pat on the back for all his efforts in getting us back online quickly and with the minimum of fuss!!
