Rental services :
We offer two services :
a) Straight rental. Minimum rental period is 1 week. Charges are calculated on a weekly and then monthly basis depending on rental period.
b) Rental/Repair. We realize that our customers' cannot afford 'downtime' as far as their on-line backup systems are concerned. Here at Ultratec we offer you the chance to have your equipment repaired whilst renting a replacement! We will send a unit in advance, pick up the faulty item, repair it and return it within 2 weeks thus ensuring a minimum risk to your backup system. Minimum rental period 2 weeks.
