Ultratec supply the following Warranty on it's products:

New:
All new products that have been purchased AS NEW are supplied with 1 years Warranty.

Ultratec and Factory Refurbished:
All refurbished products (either by us or the manufacturer) come with a 90 day Warranty.

B-Grade / Bargain Basement:
Any products purchased from the Bargain Basement are supplied with a 30 day warranty.

:Please Note:
All items are Refurbished (unless otherwise stated) recertified & qualified by our Engineering Dept. to either meet or exceed the Original Specifications. All items are 'bare' and do not include cables, software or accessories (unless otherwise stated). All Refurbished items carry a 90 day warranty and new items carry a 1 Year warranty. Additional warranty may be available, contact the Manufacturer or OEM for further details.

Any PCBs purchased from Ultratec Ltd do not have any warranty period. They are purchased "as is".

This does not affect your statutory rights.

:Please Note:
PCB's (Printed Circuit Boards) are sold in good faith and at the risk of the buyer. Please note, swapping the PCB can lead to either Data Loss, invalidation of OEM warranty or breakage of the HDD altogether. There is no warranty given with the PCB, either expressly or implied, and Ultratec cannot be held responsible for any subsequent event.
