RMA Request Terms & Conditions Any Company or persons returning goods to Ultratec Ltd must obtain an RMA number [Returned Materials Authorization Number] from the Company and follow the correct procedures. Written procedures and criteria are available on request. Original packaging will be required. If original packaging is not available, goods must be sufficiently protected using an anti-static bag and adequately packed, using either foam or other suitable materials inside cardboard boxing. All Goods must be returned at the customers own cost. The Company reserves the right to reject any RMA that does not have sufficient packaging. The issued RMA # is valid for fourteen days only, if this time is exceeded a new RMA # must be obtained. Once we have received and validated your request you will be issued with an RMA number. We undertake to issue this number within 24 hrs, however, if details have been omitted from the form this may take longer. If you have received ‘DOA’ goods within 24 hrs and you wish for further assistance, please call the RMA department on 01462 492352.
